I honor my body through mindful movement – strength when needed (gym workouts, lifting, climbing stairs, daily exercise, etc.), flexibility when called for (yoga, stretching, loosening stiff joints, adjusting posture, etc.), stillness when required (resting, sitting quietly, deep breathing, sleep, etc.), and flow whenever possible (walking, tai-chi, gentle yoga, etc.); so energy circulates and life moves through me freely.
