I am here and now and use my time wisely. I do right thing in right way at right time. The more effort I put in now, the better my future will be. I am consistently persistent in all my efforts. I delay gratification and do not procrastinate. I highly value and respect time, setting specific time limits for each activity. I only adjust these limits when it improves expected outcomes. When I achieve, I mind my ego and do not get over confident. When I am alone, I mind my thoughts. When I am angry, I mind my temper. When I am in trouble, I mind my emotions. When I am in group, I mind my behavior. When I am with friends, I mind my tongue.
